01/11/2022 Q: How to remove the Inner Axle Shaft?
A:
You need to raise the vehicle first and remove the right side wheel drive shaft. Then you should disconnect the inner axle shaft from the differential case side gear and remove the bolts, the nuts, and the washers from the inner axle shaft housing. After that, you should remove the inner axle shaft housing to the differential carrier assembly bolts and remove the inner axle shaft and housing from the differential carrier assembly. Finally, you need to remove the inner axle shaft from the inner axle shaft housing, then you can remove the inner axle seal and the bearing from the axle housing.
