About Nissan Juke
The Nissan Juke was manufactured and market by Nissan in 2010. It is a subcompact crossover SUV model. It adopted a Nissan B platform and was designed in both Nissan's design centers in London and Japan. The model had its debut at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show as the successor of the Nissan Dualis. It followed the features of the Nissan Qazana model which was presented in the same show a year earlier. There are 3 assembly lines for the production: the Oppama Plant which locates in Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Japan; the NMUK Assembly which locates in Sunderland, UK; and the NMI which locates in Purwakarta, Indonesia.
The first generation of the Nissan Juke's design featured outstanding wheel arches and a high waistline. The concept of the design was to show the "coke bottle styling", a style that was very popular in the 1960s and 1970s, with a modern touch. Nissan Juke's rear door handles were located near the C-pillars. Also, they were installed inside the window frames as an inheritance of the Nissan styling tradition all the way back to 1985. The front design of the model was built to represent a stacked array of lights. On the top of the front wings, the designer put running lamps and indicators.

The second generation of the Nissan Juke was brought into production in 2019. The upgrade started in London, Milan, Paris, Cologne, and Barcelona first. The old B platform was no longer in service. Instead, a new CMF-B platform was shared with other newest models. The manufacturer claimed that the new platform offers more stability and better performance when workers manufacture high-strength steel parts. The weight of the second generation was also cut down by about 23 kg while the model became bigger. The interior space was also increased, including knee room for the rear-seat passengers and 20% more boot capacity. For the exterior, Nissan brought out a program that allows customers to choose their wanted colors and matched them to the surface of the car.
The Nissan Juke is still in production in models and OEM parts. However, there has been a withdrawal of sales from most of the markets outside Europe and Australasia. This move was made to make room for the new successor model, the Nissan Kicks. The Nissan Juke is a vehicle that is able to multi-tasking. It also has its own attitude in styling which is quite impressive for most customers.
