About Infiniti M30
The Infiniti M30 is a mid-size car/Executive car with a 2-door. It gets a short production run and is produced from 1989 to 1992. The M30 provides 2 body styles 2-door convertible and 2-door coupé. It is a car designed for the Japanese market; when it is sold in American markets, there was very little change. The interior room, style, and ergonomics remained rather out of date. A left-hand-drive version of the angular dashboard from the R31 generation Nissan Skyline was used in the Infiniti M30.
The M30 is the first generation of the Infiniti M series. It is powered by engine parts of 3.0 L VG30E V6 which is mated to a 4-speed RE4R01A automatic. Standard parts including a driver's airbag, anti-lock brakes, an anti-theft security system with an engine immobilizer, Nissan Sonar Suspension II, and leather upholstery. It also offers other standard equipment including a 4 speaker Nissan-Bose audio system with a cassette player and an electric mast antenna, cruise control, a power moonroof, power locks parts, power mirrors parts, and just a few to name. Infiniti attaches great importance to comfort and luxury, as well as simplicity. An in-car cellular telephone and in-dash CD player as accessories are provided by dealerships but the M30 had no factory options.

The 1991 model year witnessed the birth of a convertible. All convertibles originated from the coupe model. They were carried by ships to California and converted by American Sunroof Corporation (ASC). The electric canvas top is characterized by fully automatic push-button operation. Unlike the coupe, the M30 convertibles used manual climate controls and a standard Active Sound audio system. The convertible model never went on sale officially in Japan but is exclusive to the US market. The convertibles have been imported to Japan in the last few years by collectors. The production ended after the 1992 model year. The production run has produced approximately 17,000 cars. The J30 sedan was then taking the place of the M30.
In terms of safety, the Infiniti M30 was listed in the front in its class. It came standard with parts of a driver's side airbag, three-point self-locking seatbelts, and a rear-center seat adjustable lap belt. The model got a good performance in the side-impact and frontal crash tests. It gets easily among the best marks in its segment.
