Fiat is an Italy automaker. It is well-known for sporty performance auto parts and family vehicles. It was established by Giovanni Agnelli in 1902. The company has always been the largest automobile manufacturer in Europe for more than a century, and the third one for over 20 years until the late 1980s. It not only manufactured railway engines, military vehicles, and farm tractors, but also aircraft, and weapons. Fiat Automobiles has gained recognition from the world and separated its factories around the world. But Europe is its main market.

The 4 HP was the first model invented in 1899. It was named after for its two-cylinder engine capable of 4.2 horsepower. From the 1920s to the 1930s, the brand issued lots of luxury and economy models and new aftermarket parts. The second world war paused everything. Fiat also suffered. But in the 1950s, it revived from the 500 and the 1200 Spider model. In the 1960s and the 1970s, it produced many popular autos and aftermarket parts. The 126, the 128, and the X 1/9 were the results of this period. Since the 1990s, Fiat has put more attention on sporty models. For example, it introduced the Punto in 1993, the Seicento in 1998, the Sedici in 2006, and the Punto Evo in 2009. The Fiat 500 was launched in 2012. It was a new generation of Fiat cars. This new model is stylish. And in recent years, Fiat has expanded its family-friendly four-door autos.

It should be noticed that Fiat also pursues an environmental-friendliness policy. According to data, its cars produced the least CO2 emissions in 2007 and 2008. And it has also made efforts to produce new electric vehicles. The brand launched Palio Weekend Electric in 2012, the electric 500e in 2013, and the Model 3 in 2016. It also invented green auto parts. Therefore, it has received a lot of international awards in terms of environmental protection and development.
